职位描述

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our sales force. If you’re passionate about building client relationships, closing deals, and managing accounts in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!


Job Responsibilities:

• Actively source and acquire new clients to meet individual and team sales targets.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions aligned with the company’s Telco, ICT, or managed services portfolio.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Handle after-sales service, including account renewals, up-selling, and resolving client issues.

• Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and client updates as needed.

职位要求

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related course.

• At least 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience in Telecommunications (Telco), Banking and Insurance, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Internet Services, Value-Added Services (VAS), Cloud Solutions, Software, Enterprise IT, or any related industry.

• Strong background in sales acquisition and account management.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team.

• With a pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset.

• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
