We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Client Success Manager cum Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare education, particularly nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience managing client relationships and projects, with a deep understanding of the nursing industry—preferably with a nursing background or significant experience in the field. PMP certification is required, ensuring expert project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Success Management:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the healthcare and nursing education sectors.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with their goals.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to address needs and optimize service delivery.
• Project Management:
• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content developers, instructors, and technology partners.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and oversee resource allocation.
• Industry Engagement:
• Leverage an existing network in nursing or allied healthcare to drive partnerships and business growth.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in nursing education and healthcare training.
• Technology & Data Management:
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and CRM platforms effectively.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Advocate for and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client success, project management, or healthcare education, with a strong preference for experience in nursing education.
• Certification: PMP certification is required.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and CRM tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong network in nursing or allied healthcare is a major advantage.
Key Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred:
• Nursing background (e.g., Registered Nurse or experience in nursing education).
• Experience working with healthcare education platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
