Primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth.

  • Building and maintaining client relationships which includes regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction from them;
  • Acting as point of contact of client endorsements, inquiries, escalations and feedback;
  • Addressing client concerns, providing solutions, and working to improve the client experience;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet the client needs and goals;
  • Preparing and checking the invoices to be billed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree;
  • Good customer service skills;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and leadership skills;
  • Experience in HR services or solutions is a plus;
  • Willing to work onsite
