Develop detailed designs and plans for construction projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Must hold a valid Engineer license.
At least 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in solar energy projects or renewable energy infrastructure.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
Strong understanding of construction materials, soil mechanics, and geotechnical engineering.
Familiarity with solar mounting systems, foundation design, and load calculations.
Effective project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
