Design and prepare innovative menus for restaurant.
Manage kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food preparation.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train new cooks and develop culinary skills within the team.
Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes.

职位要求

With 5-10 years of kitchen experience
At least 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef
With proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations
With expertise in menu development
Knowledgeable in costing, inventory and cost control
Knowledgeable in international cuisine
With experience in providing excellent guest service and First-Rate culinary experience
Can work within Quezon City area
