• The Aesthetic Clinic Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Everlumin Aesthetic Clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• This role involves managing staff, optimizing client experiences, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving the clinic's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance, to ensure smooth and efficient clinic functionality.
• Staff Supervision and Development: Recruit, train, and manage a team of aestheticians, medical professionals, and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Client Relations: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Address client

inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the clinic adheres to all health, safety, and industry regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work towards achieving financial targets. Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial reporting.
