  • Oversee daily accounting operations and manage financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Implement accounting policies and improve internal controls.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CPA, financial management, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, audit, and financial analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial reporting, manage budgeting processes, ensure compliance, and lead audit activities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during fiscal year-end.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership qualities, and excellent communication abilities.
