职位描述

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with auditors during annual audits.
  • Support other accounting functions as needed.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Management, Billing, and Audit processes.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable and receivable, support financial audits, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
