Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and plans for achieving their objectives.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our technology products and services.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings.
Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and up-selling of services.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
Monitor and analyze client performance and usage data.
Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and trends.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and post-sales.
Keep clients informed about updates and enhancements of products.
Oversee invoices. Responsible for handling AR data for documentation and collection.
Follow up with clients via email, phone, or on-site.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, negotiation, sales management, CRM, and lead generation.
Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, team player, empathetic, and results-driven.
Preferably can travel if needed.
