Summary


Responsible in achieving the targeted sales budget and drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts, assess their needs, and promote assigned products. Leverage technical, organizational, and customer expertise to provide solutions that meet customer requirements, ultimately contributing to revenue generation.


Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Service Team, ensuring adherence to established standards. Plan, organize, and monitor team performance to achieve set goals, ensuring that the Country and Division’s targets for orders received, sales, expenses, and profitability are met.



Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales forecasting and planning strategies.
  • Stay informed about strategic plans and procedures to recommend, develop, and coordinate sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct market research to assess customer needs, monitor competitor activities, track industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Evaluate the marketability of products and services in relation to customers’ technical and manufacturing requirements.
  • Implement new product programs to expand market reach.
  • Support the marketing executive in identifying potential customers and sales leads.
  • Recommend updates to promotional and sales materials to better target customers and enhance relevance.



Service/After Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify required skills and knowledge for the team and facilitate appropriate training opportunities.
  • Oversee efficient execution of service jobs, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and profitability goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key team members to enhance communication and improve service operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers to ensure continuity and growth.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, coordinate with Finance & Admin to ensure timely invoicing, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage warranty claims, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and collaborate with principals to resolve technical and service issues.
  • Track and optimize man-hours, efficiency, and resource utilization using SAP to maintain project profitability.
  • Analyze monthly SAP reports on quotations, orders, sales, and work-in-progress, and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Approve the issuance of service tools and PPE in compliance with EHS standards.
  • Monitor and review stock aging performance to achieve set targets.
  • Participate in EHS Committee Meetings and ensure implementation of safety procedures and standards across all service activities.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment sales or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role or a similar leadership position.
  • Experience in material handling is required.
  • Preferably based in Cebu and capable of managing operations across Cebu, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  • Background in industries such as forklifts, gondolas, car parks, cranes, or similar equipment is an advantage.
