WE ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A JAPANESE SPEAKER WITH JAVA DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE (100 HEADS NEEDED!)

COMPANY PROFILE: One of the top BPO and IT company in the world, dominating the technology companies in the world over the decade offering software equipment, hybrid clouds, AI platforms and technologies to all of its users. Looking for a Java Application Developer for Japanese speakers.

Position: Japanese Java Developer

Company Industry: IT/BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to any Nationality located in the Philippines or outside the Philippines who can speak Japanese
• Open to any Japanese across all levels (Japanese Level 1 to 5)
• Must be able to speak basic English
• Can speak basic Japanese are welcome to apply
• JLPT Certificate are not required
• Must have working experience using Java
• The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence (Quezon City or Cebu City)
• Salary is still open for Negotiation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and implementing Java-based applications
• Analyzing user requirements to inform application design
• Debugging and troubleshooting Java applications
• Resolving Technical Problems that may arise
• Implementing security measures to protect applications
• Creating technical documentation for reference
• Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of Java applications
• Conducting code reviews, and ensuring coding best practices
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest Java trends and technologies
