Main Responsibilities:

1. Continuously track and analyze upcoming or launched airdrop projects within the Web3 ecosystem.
2. Research project background, team, technology, community activity, etc., to assess the feasibility and potential returns of airdrops.
3. Forecast market trends, identify emerging airdrop opportunities, particularly in the DeFi, NFT, and Layer 2 sectors.
4. Write detailed project analysis reports, providing participation strategies and potential risk assessments.
5. Collaborate with the development team to optimize the processes and strategies for participating in airdrops.
6. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor project engagement, market sentiment, and subsequent returns.
7. Engage in community communication, share analytical findings, and enhance the studio's influence within the community.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. At least 1 year of experience in Web3 project analysis or investment research.
2. Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, with extensive experience in airdrop activities.
3. Familiarity with data analysis tools (such as Dune Analytics, Nansen, etc.) for project analysis.
4. Strong market acumen, able to quickly identify market opportunities.
5. Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of producing clear and detailed analytical reports.
6. Highly self-disciplined and adaptable to a fast-paced market environment.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
