Assist strategy researchers in their related tasks.

1. Background in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields, with a master's degree or higher from a 211 university;

2. Proficiency in one of the following areas: statistical modeling, financial theory, or programming, with a strong emphasis;

3. On-site work is required; remote work is not accepted, located in Shenzhen.

Salary is calculated on a daily basis, ranging from 200 to 450 RMB per day, depending on the interview results. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a permanent position.
