Job Responsibilities:

Exchange Sector, SEO for Turkey/Iran/Russia

1. Optimize Google search engine rankings for server operators in Russia, Iran, Turkey, and other countries;

2. Develop effective strategies to quickly gain rankings and traffic on Google;

3. Create and implement effective optimization plans for traffic in the millions;

4. Monitor site data and adjust strategies as needed;

5. Research and monitor competitors' SEO strategies and analyze Google algorithms for data analysis and testing;

Job Requirements:

1. In-depth research on Google's fundamental and core algorithms, familiar with the rules and principles of Google crawlers;

2. Ability to independently optimize rankings for various countries and languages, proficient in utilizing black hat techniques, site clustering, shell scripts, and other methods to formulate effective strategies for rapidly acquiring rankings and traffic on Google;

3. Proficient in SEO web-related technologies (front-end code, structural optimization, link building, etc.), with a deep understanding of website structure and the ability to effectively develop content generation strategies, knowledge of PHP, HTML, and JavaScript is preferred;

4. Research and monitor competitors' SEO strategies, analyze Google's algorithms for data analysis and detection, propose effective strategies for optimizing traffic at a scale of millions and implement them;

Experience Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of experience in SEO-related work, with more than 1 year of experience in Google SEO;

2. Experience in black hat projects for Google SEO across multiple countries and regions, with methods for traffic optimization on a million-level scale;

3. Familiarity with SEO-related tools, including website analysis tools, keyword tools, and link analysis tools;

4. Associate degree or higher, with existing resources and scaling solutions allowing for flexibility in educational requirements;

5. Existing resources and optimization strategies available for immediate discussion and collaboration;
