Job Description
Description
1. Customer Interaction & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
2. Order & Account Management
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Update customer accounts and ensure information accuracy.
3. Problem Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Work closely with other teams (technical, logistics, billing) to resolve cases.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM tools.
- Provide insights on recurring issues to improve service processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
