SUMMARY

A Communications Trainer responsible for evaluating offshore agents to ensure adherence to communication and language acceptability standards. This individual is also responsible for providing coaching/feedback to offshore agents in order to develop their communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create learning experiences that equip candidates with the necessary communication, professional and BPO-specific skills to increase their employability at the company.

• Track and analyze effectiveness of training programs by examining candidate’s performance.

• Recommend changes to training programs or solutions to known problems.

• Stay informed about recruitment processes and recommends program changes where appropriate.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with less than one year of relevant experience preferred

• Good understanding of training processes and practices for adults.

• Good judgment and ability to express thoughts clearly and simply. 

• Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills.

• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables

• Detail-oriented,  Organizational and time management skills

• Applicants must be willing to work on site

• Applicants must have at least minimum of 6 months training experience

• Applicants must be willing to work on site in Palawan
