Role Description


Lead QE members on driving automation-first mindset:

• Coach them to adopt Tosca /other Automation Frameworks governance & best practices.

• Coach them on shift-left and continuous testing.

• Support QE members in identifying and raising blockers to in-sprint automation.

• Support the QE transformation

• Drive and share success stories emerging from the teams in the QE Coaching Program.

• Ensure the Coaching Checklist activities are updated and followed for each Squad.

• Able to extend their technical knowledge and coaching to developers, POs/Business and other stakeholders in the team about Holistic Quality (knowledge of unit tests, code and test coverage, programming languages).


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Tosca automation testing
  • Minimum 5 years QA Lead experience
  • Amenable to work on a Hybrid setup in BGC Taguig (Dayshift)
  • Can start ASAP or 30 days
