Description
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for different channels (territory, modern trade, corporate, and technical sales).
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective workflow.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop team training and professional growth initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between management and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and address team concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in team management and sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Strategy and Management, Key Account Management, and strong Organizational Skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Lead team performance, develop sales strategies, and manage key accounts to drive growth.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
