Role Purpose
· Responsible for the entire outlet operation.
· Deliver excellent customer service.
· Provide excellent food and beverage quality to customer.
· Assist in meeting sales goals.
· To assist Outlet Manager on daily operation task.
Key Responsibilities
1. Staffing
· Hire, train and develop service crew & cashier
· Schedule shift and manage staff disciplinary issue
2. Operation
· Ensure & provide highest standard of customer service quality.
· Ensure & provide highest standard of food & beverage quality.
· Ensure outlet cleanliness and orderliness.
· Ensure all SOPs & KPIs are followed.
· Ensure procurement and stock management is carry out properly.
· Implement and ensure quality assurance by inspection, recording and rectification.
· Help in cash handling & sales bank in.
· Thrive to meet sales target set by the company.
3. Report & Other
· Submit accurate daily, weekly, monthly in a timely manner.
· Gather useful information and provide feedback as per company request
· Assist in any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed by superior.

1. Qualification: SPM or equivalent
2. Experience: At least 3-4 years of F&B with extensive experience in QA.
3. Skills:
· Able to lead, train & develop staff.
· Able to follow and execute any instruction given by company.
· Able communicate and interact to all levels with good interpersonal skills.
· Able to perform duties which require speed, efficiency, and organization skills.
· Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines.
· Able to work rotate shift, weekend and public holiday.
