Description

  • As Operations Supervisor, I specialize in overseeing and optimizing car park operations to ensure smooth daily functions, profitability, and exceptional service. With a proven track record in managing a wide range of operational, sales, customer service, and staff management functions, I work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve organizational goals.

Operational Management:

  • Lead and manage car park employees, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and operational procedures, identify areas of improvement, and maintain open communication with all staff
  • Ensure operational support is available across all hours, including holidays and weekends, to maintain smooth operations.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take proactive measures to maximize revenue, including turning underperforming sites into profitable ones.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are compliant and promptly deposited, and meeting sales targets.

Business Development & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting on sales, maintenance, staffing, and site performance, providing actionable insights to the management team.
  • Oversee key reports such as daily, monthly, and yearly sales comparisons, yield management, and compliance audits.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, parkers, and lessors to foster a positive, long-term partnership.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and claims efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Staff Management & Development:

  • Lead teams with clear direction, setting achievable goals and fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure optimal staffing and productivity, and work closely with HR for recruitment and staff development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Operations Management, or any business related field.
  • Additional certifications in Management, Sales, or related fields would be an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles.
  • With at least 3-5 years extensive retail industry experience is required in this position.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, handling performance metrics, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
