Description

  • Supervises overall operations of management shops assigned.
  • Ensures sales target are met.
  • Manages budget per shop, approves cash disbursement of store related expenses within authorized budget approval.
  • Ensures completeness of documents for reporting purposes.
  • Ensures sufficiency and quality of materials.
  • Ensures accurate processing of materials required by shop
  • Manages cost of shop materials based on budget
  • Ensures submission of inventory reports and reconcilliation
  • Ensures shop system standards are met
  • Ensures prompt action and recommends possible solution on shop concerns
  • Maintains quality of service through continous staff coaching and training

Requirements

  • Willing to be reassigned here at Mr. Quickie Head Office, located at M. Eusebio Ave. San Miguel, Pasig City.
  • With 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor.
  • A bachelor's degree in any business course.
