Description

  • Assist with overseeing overall Service Center requirements, staff and their duties.
  • Coordinate with Service Manager, Service Advisor and Mechanics on all transactions.
  • Process transactions and jobs done by mechanics.
  • Accommodate clients and act as liaison between client and mechanics
  • Check and record all documents and client information.
  • Prepare marketing strategies to implement for the growth of the service center.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive


Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4 Year Course (or College Level), preferably management and business related courses
  • Recommended 2 years experience on a receptionist position with prior experience on customer relations
  • Proficient in principles, methods, and procedures of invoicing, purchasing and inventory control.
  • Must have numerical competence together with a good working knowledge of basic inventory systems.
  • With organizational leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • With Knowledge in auditing.
  • Should be able to work well together with the Service Team and Management Team.
