Description

  • Patient registration: Collect patient information, including demographics, insurance, and symptoms
  • Insurance verification: Confirm insurance coverage and benefits
  • Consent forms: Obtain signatures from patients or guardians for consent forms
  • Patient care coordination: Coordinate patient intake, bed assignment, and transportation
  • Patient communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages to staff
  • Patient confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information
  • Policy explanation: Explain facility policies and procedures
  • Payment collection: Collect self-pay deposits, co-insurance, and deductibles
  • Reimbursement requirements: Ensure all reimbursement requirements are met
