Role Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching teams in Agile methodologies, facilitating Scrum events, and ensuring the successful execution of Agile processes to enhance team efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
-3 years proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
-Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
-Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
-Experience managing Agile projects and working with cross-functional teams.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove roadblocks.
-Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
