About the Role

• Elicit functional requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-face.
• Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
• Communicate project status to management and elevate project concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors.
• Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope.
• Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents as well as project outcomes and quality.
• Successfully complete systems configuration, execute design and discovery workshops.
• Design Salesforce solutions using configuration and do data migrations.
• Customizations of Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce.
• Document and analyze required information and data.
• Work on projects focused on Salesforce/Force.com development.
• Accountable for certain project deliverables and documents to be presented to client.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as client expectations.
• Demonstrate understanding of how various issues affect the overall outcome of projects.
• Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services.
• Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.
• Track and report project status to client and internal delivery and management teams.
• Consistently write business correspondence that is professional, thoughtful, effective, and grammatically correct.
• Improvement to and maintenance of Business Analysis Practice Area process and templates
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Consult with key client stakeholders and end users to gather and confirm business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences.
• Work with technical team members to test and verify custom solutions, integrations and migrations to ensure they meet the business requirements, and the solutions are functioning per the stated design.
• Maintain a backlog of requests for new requirements, bug fixes and process enhancements
• Offer suggestions and recommendations during all phases of the engagement to ensure the intent of business requirements is understood by all stakeholders.
• Work with clients and team members to develop and execute change management.
• Work closely with key stakeholders.
• Execute design and discovery workshops.
• Facilitate cadence meetings with key stakeholders to review and prioritize backlog items.

About You

You are likely a good fit with the following key attributes:

• Degree holder (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)
• Required skills: salesforce functional, salesforce implementation, design salesforce solutions, system configuration, client facing, exposure to salesforce platforms (e.g. sales, service, experience)
• Minimum 5 or 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting related to salesforce.
• Must have at least 1 or 2 years lead experience.
• Skilled in interacting with different clients and development team.
• Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse and fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
• Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients.
• You like diving into a product to understand how it works and consistently share your knowledge with others.
• Comfortable working with different nationalities and doing client facing.
• Open to work in Makati City, hybrid setup.
