Description
- We are looking for a proactive Sales & Trade Support professional to assist in sales operations, customer inquiries, order processing, and trade relations.
- This individual will ensure that all sales-related activities are streamlined, supporting both our internal sales teams and our retail customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or retail operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or order management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
