- We are looking for a Sales Technician with expertise in bicycle mechanics and e-bike technology to join our team in the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bike maintenance and repair while also possessing strong sales and customer service skills. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the right products, providing technical advice, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- College level education (preferred).
- Knowledge of bicycle mechanics, e-bike technology, and motor systems.
- Experience in sales, particularly in the motor or cycling industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for bicycles, e-bikes, and sustainable mobility solutions.
- Previous experience as a bike mechanic, e-bike technician, or sales associate.
- Familiarity with different bicycle and e-bike brands, components, and repair techniques.
- Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting for e-bikes.
