Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and building relationships within the local community and industry.
- Effectively present our services and sample works to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services, and handling any inquiries or issues promptly and with empathy.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, communicating any changes with the client, and meet committed delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2years of sales experience. Bonus if it’s in the offset and digital printing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present and negotiate.
- Must have a passion for serving clients with an end-goal of client satisfaction in order to retain them for the long-term.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- BONUS. If you have experience as a sales professional in a B2B industry
