Description
- Responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and policies

Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields is required.
- Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resource management.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities: Responsible for recruitment, employee training, performance management, and maintaining employee relations.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment, must be able to adapt to a fast-paced work atmosphere.
- Qualities and Traits: High sense of responsibility, keen insight, and good time management skills.
