Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Generalist based in Baliwag, Bulacan. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR tasks including developing, implementing, and overseeing HR policies, handling employee benefits and benefits administration, and providing general HR management. This role offers flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits

▪ Process payroll, government contributions, and loan transactions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

▪ Prepare Form 2316 and other year-end reports and reconciliations.

▪ Manage employee records, final pay computation, and offboarding processing.


HR Documentation and Records

▪ Create and maintain HR templates including Employment Contracts, Notices to Explain, Termination Letters, Certificates of Employment, and related documents.

▪ Ensure alignment of all documentation with Philippine labor laws.


Policy Implementation and Employee Relations

▪ Create and disseminate HR communications (e.g., memos, company policies).

▪ Facilitate employee disciplinary processes, hearings, and investigations.

▪ Apply labor law knowledge in handling Just Causes and Authorized Causes for termination.


Recruitment and Onboarding

▪ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and job offers.

▪ Facilitate onboarding activities, orientation, and pre-employment document tracking.


Employee Engagement and Training

▪ Organize and support employee engagement and wellness programs.

▪ Coordinate employee training programs; monitor attendance and completions.

▪ Contribute to feedback and performance evaluation cycles.


HR Compliance and Reporting

▪ Submit reports to DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other relevant agencies.

▪ Track and report HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, training hours, etc.

▪ Maintain accurate and secure employee records in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.


Systems and Tools

▪ Utilize business systems and MS Office applications for HR operations and reporting.

▪ Maintain HR document templates and ensure accessibility and proper version control.


What We Are Looking for in a Successful Candidate

▪ Bachelor’s degree relevant to the HR discipline or business administration

▪ Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience and proficiency in HR roles, particularly those with a few or more years of relevant responsibilities.

▪ Above-average English communication skills, both written and verbal

▪ Highly organized and detail-oriented

▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

▪ Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

▪ Willing to work onsite in Baliwag, Bulacan
