Description
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and trends
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and answer their questions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms on behalf of clients
- Prepare and process necessary documents, including agreements and leases
- Advertise and market properties through online listings, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and other industry professionals
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions
- Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid real estate license (as required by local laws)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and online property listing platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
