  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored product/service solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Market Research and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies and reports on sales performance to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales or customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and stay focused on achieving individual and team sales objectives.
