Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of quantitative trading systems, particularly in the application within the cryptocurrency market.

Utilize advanced programming skills to optimize trading algorithms and data processing workflows, ensuring system performance and trading efficiency.

2. Collaborate closely with financial analysts and data scientists to develop new trading strategies and implement them effectively.

3. Monitor the performance of trading systems, making timely adjustments and optimizations to adapt to market changes.

4. Manage and lead the technical team, coordinating development tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and meet technical standards.

[Job Requirements]

1. A minimum of 3 years of continuous work experience in a quantitative trading firm (experience with exchanges and crypto-related work is preferred)

2. Experience in designing trading systems from the ground up, having developed a complete real trading system that has operated with more than $10 million in actual capital

3. Experience in developing low-latency and high-frequency trading strategies, with a solid knowledge base of various techniques and challenges faced, applicable to real-world work

4. Experience as a market maker is preferred, with priority given to those who have developed real trading strategies for market making

5. Familiarity with various mainstream public blockchains, with at least one public blockchain development experience and project deployment preferred
