3. Communicate proactively and work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, customer support, and partners, to jointly develop, test, and deliver high-quality products.
4. Design test cases based on business requirements and technical architecture, organize and participate in test case reviews, ensuring that testing plans align with business objectives and technical standards.
5. Execute functional and non-functional testing, identify potential issues, and ensure the system operates as expected and meets performance targets.
6. Manage the identification, tracking, and resolution of bugs, drive timely resolution of issues, and ensure high-quality products are delivered on schedule.
7. Design and develop automated scripts or introduce quality management tools/platforms, continuously optimizing testing efficiency and automation levels, thereby enhancing overall team productivity.
8. Stay at the forefront of technology, continually evaluate and apply the latest testing tools, methods, and techniques to improve the team's testing processes, methodologies, and overall efficiency.
9. Participate in product design reviews and requirements analysis, propose effective testing plans, and assist in defining testing standards to ensure testability of product designs.
10. Evaluate the performance of the DEX platform in various networks and environments, analyze and provide optimization recommendations to enhance the platform's scalability and user experience.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of QA experience, with 2 years in the blockchain industry, specifically in testing for decentralized/centralized exchanges (DEX/CEX), covering both manual and automated testing for backend and frontend (Web and mobile).
3. Proficient in using automation testing tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.), with the ability to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, as well as implement quality management tools or platforms to enhance efficiency.
4. Solid foundational knowledge of blockchain, including decentralization, consensus mechanisms, on-chain and off-chain interaction principles, and familiarity with the Web3 technology stack and DeFi ecosystem.
5. In-depth understanding of major decentralized trading protocols (such as dydx, Uniswap, etc.), capable of designing and executing tests for different DEX protocols.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to efficiently handle complex issues and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
