Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering graduate.
- Experience Level: At least 5 years of experience in building construction management, cost estimation, or surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cost analysis, surveying techniques, civil engineering principles, and project management.
- Working Conditions: Field and office work required; must be willing to work on-site and occasionally in adverse weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, excellent communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving aptitude. Knowledgeable in flood control.
