Description
- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in site engineering or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in engineering software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in project planning, onsite supervision, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Primarily fieldwork at construction sites, working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, strong team player, and adaptable.
