Quilaton Law Office is expanding, and we’re looking to add additional solutions-focused ?????????? to our legal team.

We already have capable paralegals on board, but as our caseload grows, so does our need for reliable and detail-oriented support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year in Law School, and a graduate of:

• Legal Management

• Political Science

• Criminology

• Public Administration

• Business Administration

• Office Management

• Preferably done with legal forms or with prior experience in paralegal work

• With or without a Paralegal Training Certificate (an advantage but not required)

Key Skills:

• Legal research and writing

• Familiarity with pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documentation

• Knowledge of court procedures and rules of court

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pages, and basic legal software

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities

Experience:

• Fresh graduates welcome

• Prior legal or administrative work experience is a definite advantage

• Ethical, trustworthy, and discreet

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Eager to grow and contribute in a fast-paced legal environment
