The overall task of a Supply Onboarding Coordinator / Office Staff is to address and improve all concerns relating to new driver-partner onboarding and general driver partner concerns. He/She possesses in-depth knowledge of the company’s processes and features related to driver onboarding and is well-versed in communicating with driver-partners.

Key Activities

• Establishes contact through calls, emails, etc., with incoming leads to train and onboard future driver partners.
• Upholds the day-to-day operations including office administration, inventory management, and general maintenance of office assets.
• Coordinates regularly with other teams to resolve concerns escalated by driver-partners visiting the office.
