This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Dealer Development Manager at Legado Motors Inc. The Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for franchise sales, developing business plans, generating leads, and managing franchising operations. Additionally, the role involves training dealers to ensure adherence to company standards and improvement in overall dealer performance.

• Experience in Franchise Sales, and Franchising
• Skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Ability to conduct and manage Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
