Job Responsibilities:

1.  Responsible for the content planning, daily updates, and interactions of the company's projects and the founder's Twitter account, collaborating with the design team on tweet materials to enhance brand influence;

2.  Innovatively plan marketing campaigns based on event requirements, making preliminary proposals on event goals, user pathways, rewards, timelines, etc.;

3.  Brand branding, packaging brand narratives into a series of content creation;

4.  Responsible for content distribution and promotion of the company's new media accounts (TikTok, Bilibili, WeChat, Xiaohongshu);

5.  Communicate with event partners to confirm event timing, format, schedule for promotional materials, and copywriting;

6.  Develop growth strategies, conduct regular data analysis, adjust content direction and publishing strategies, and optimize communication effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 2 years of experience in new media operations; a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is preferred. A deep understanding of Web3 content is a plus.

2. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, capable of independently planning and writing content that meets the needs of the target audience.

3. Familiarity with Twitter and social media growth strategies, able to effectively enhance account influence and engagement rates.

4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

5. Proficiency in English as a working language, capable of verbal communication in English.
