Position: Multimedia Artist

Work Set-up: Hybrid

As a Graphic Artist you are expected to create visually appealing graphics and animations for digital media to support ONE’s digitization and marketing initiatives, by developing high-quality copy for websites, social media, marketing materials including graphics and promotion videos, and other platforms.

What you'll do:

• Appropriateness of Deliverables

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or ONE business owners on a wide range of materials (e.g. web pages, presentations, promotion videos, brochure, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials) and translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

• Creativity of Deliverables

Discuss with ONE business owners and make outstanding design deliverables that maximizes the outcome of marketing communications and campaigns that the business owners intend to achieve.

• Quality of Deliverables

Design the deliverables that complies with ONE brand guidelines and accurately convey the intended message.

• Readiness of Deliverables

Deliver the design items within the timeframe requested by ONE business owners

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to Design, Change Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or a related field.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a bonus.
• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and video creation (3-5 years).
• Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other design work.
• Proficiency in design and animation tools e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop
• Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience related to designs for marketing campaigns, preferably within shipping industry and digital contexts.
