Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Content Creator will manage all areas of our social media marketing, by generating fresh, creative and engaging content each week, building of our brand awareness, managing our website and producing digital and printed company marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• The creation, design and production of all digital content, images, newsletters, and email blasts
• Create and distribute via email and text blasts a weekly equipment availability list for both plant & attachments
• Manage major structural changes to our company website and regularly update website content and images
• Design and update company brochures, price lists and catalogues
• Manage our social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Design and populate social content calendar a month in advance
• Write compelling and persuasive descriptions for social media posts, captions, and advertisements
• Ensure regular stories and populated on feeds
• Provide ad hoc digital marketing support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and best practices
• Identify opportunities for growth and development and propose innovative ideas to enhance social media presence
• Increasing brand awareness including overall marketing efforts with the aim of increasing customer reach and sales
• Manage the sourcing of company promotional items
• Manage and maintain the marketing folder on our Internet
• Bring new ideas to the table – this might include what platforms we should consider, new content ideas, new marketing ideas and advice on emerging trends.
• Co-ordination of onsite professional photograph and drone video footage where applicable
• Responsible for the co-ordination of monthly meetings with our website developer Wolf and Pointdot
• Work with the company’s external Marketing Consultant and Google to identify opportunities and weaknesses across our social media platforms and our company website.
• Hold suppliers to account, ensuring agreed deliverable projects are achieved.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Experience with email marketing tools and website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Strong writing, design, and visual content creation skills
• Able to manage content calendars and coordinate with internal/external teams
• Knowledge of digital trends, SEO, and social media best practices
• Organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
