What You'll Do:

Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Create content for social media, website, and in-store promotions.
• Plan and manage marketing events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships.
• Conduct market research to refine marketing efforts.
• Design eye-catching retail displays.
• Produce photo and video content using Canva or similar tools.

Operations:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain an organized and efficient retail environment.
• Provide operational support for marketing activities.
• Uphold company standards in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to solve challenges and improve processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Experience in marketing, operations, or similar roles (a plus!).
• Skills in Canva and photo/video editing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, visual merchandising, and event coordination.
• Experience in influencer collaborations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
