China (Remote)

· Responsible for the product planning and design of C-end financial services, supporting user growth, conversion, and the implementation of operational activities, participating in the design of the transaction system WEB/APP.

Continuously monitor the development of the industry ecosystem, analyze competitive movements, uncover core product competitiveness, collaborate closely with R&D, risk control, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality product launches, collect internal and external user feedback, observe changes in product data, and continuously improve the product experience.

· Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, computer science, or related fields

· Over 5 years of relevant product work experience, with a preference for experience in forex, cryptocurrency, stocks, futures, or securities

· Led and participated in the design of 2-3 consumer-facing products, with a strong emphasis on user experience

· Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, proficient in reviewing and summarizing experiences

· Good English communication skills, capable of using it as a working language; overseas work or study experience is preferred

· Strong sense of responsibility, able to be self-driven and work independently

· Candidates must prepare 1-2 complete product prototypes and design concepts for the interview, and be ready to present them on-site
