About the Role - Own, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM across all hubs: Marketing, Sales, and Service. Audit, streamline, and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations. Build and manage dashboards and reports to support exec-level decision-making. Collaborate with Marketing on segmentation, lead scoring, and email nurturing. Maintain CRM hygiene: property management, process standardization, and team training. Troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth system performance. Stay ahead of HubSpot updates and feature releases, implementing tools where relevant.
