The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the preparation and payment of accounts and claims that result in the efficient and effective payment for goods and services received. This role will be required to assist with processing of invoices and claims for payment for goods and services received, control of creditor accounts, preparation and data entry of accounts for payment. The Accounts Payable Officer has specific responsibility of performing activities related to the accurate processing of authorized invoices; recording, updating, reconciling and NetSuite encoding of related financial information; and providing instructions and/or support in the Finance Department in accordance with established practices and policies.

? This is a full onsite role, Mondays to Saturdays, 8 AM to 5 PM, in Bagumbayan, Taguig. Compressed schedule may be considered after one year. Candidates must be amenable to the schedule and work location.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance

• With 2 years’ experience as Accounts Payable or within Finance/Accounting transactional activities

• Excellent communication skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Netsuite

• Must be willing to work onsite from Mondays to Saturdays, 8 AM-5 PM at Bagumbayan, Taguig (Near Waltermart Bicutan)
