  • 201 File Management
  • ID Creation for New Hires
  • Scheduling and inviting new hires for the upcoming NEO
  • Routing of exit clearance
  • Provide administrative support for HR
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
  • May time to time handle other facets of Human Resource as needed.

Requirements

  • A graduate of Human Resource Management or Psychology
  • Has at least 1 year experience working as an HR and Admin Assistant.
  • MS Office and Canva literate
  • Has Good Communication Skills
  • Has experience working in the Construction Industry (preferably)
  • Can start as soon as possible
