Description
- Manage recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and handle payroll processing.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player with a positive attitude.
