Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening.
- Manage employee records and assist with onboarding.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, talent management, and employee relations.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and support training initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a standard work schedule.
