Description

  • Responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a company’s open positions.
  • Assist the HR team in various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Monitor the company's physical assets, including office equipment, facilities, and other tangible resources
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager or senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • With at least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and employee Relations
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency MS office application
